Pokeball Edition — 2026 Season

This is the full-season competitive Pokémon TCG ranking on TCMG Top Cut, calculated with an ELO system. It is not the standings from a single event: every imported match shifts the ELO of who played, and the number moves up or down based on three things. Who the opponent was (a player above your level counts more), what the result was (win, draw, or loss), and the tournament category. Cup matches weigh more than Challenge, which weighs more than Local, but it all counts together in the same score.

Beating someone ranked above you pushes ELO up significantly. Beating someone the ranking already placed below your level barely moves the number, because that result was expected. Draws between similarly ranked players barely change anything. The first 5 matches of the season carry a bigger weight (the placement phase) and after that ELO stabilizes, and players who have not yet completed those 5 do not appear in the global ranking. Minimum ELO is 800, nobody falls below that. Anyone inactive for more than 4 weeks starts losing points so the top does not stay locked.
