Who we are

By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site offers

Articles, tournament results and rankings, metagame, an event calendar, a photo gallery, player profiles, Battle Frontier (replays built from Pokémon TCG Live logs) and the panel stores use to publish their tournaments.

Almost everything is free. The exception is Club!, a paid space run by a creator or team inside the site, with its own rules in the sections below.

Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. One account per person.
• Keep your details accurate. You answer for what is done with your account.
• Only claim your own Player ID. Using someone else's removes the link and can get the account suspended.
• You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Minors

Juniors and Seniors are part of the community. Anyone under 18 uses the site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who supervises and answers for that use. Children under 12 only have an account with their guardian's consent.

• Purchases, such as a Club! subscription, are made only by adults (18+) or by the minor's guardian.
• The site has no private messages. If it ever does, adults and minors will not talk in private.
• There are no one to one lessons or conversations between a creator and an underage member through the site.
• Every decision involving minors follows their best interest, as Brazil's ECA Digital (Law 15.211/2025) requires.

What you publish

Comments, decklists, match logs, tournaments in your diary and anything else you send remain yours. By publishing, you state that you have the right to publish it and grant TCMG Top Cut a free, non exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, adapt the format of and share that content on the site and on TCMG's channels, for as long as it stays published.

Match logs include your opponent's Pokémon TCG Live username. That is part of the replay; do not use Battle Frontier to expose anyone.

Conduct

You may not:

• harass, threaten, humiliate or discriminate against anyone;
• post sexual or violent content, or anything that exposes children and teenagers in any way;
• post someone else's personal data without permission;
• pretend to be another person, store or organizer;
• spam, scam, sell or advertise without permission;
• try to bypass access controls, scrape the site in bulk or disrupt it;
• share, record or resell paid Club! content.

Breaking these rules can get content removed and the account suspended or closed. Content involving the abuse of a child or teenager is removed and reported to the authorities.

Reports and content removal

Seen something that breaks these terms or your rights? Use the Report button where there is one, or write to [E-MAIL DE PRIVACIDADE] with the link to the content and the reason. Formal notices are accepted at the same address.

We review every request, may remove the content and, when possible, tell the person who posted it why. Nudity or sexual acts shared without consent and any content exposing minors are handled first.

Event photos have their own path in the Photo policy, with a 24 hour turnaround for requests from a minor's guardian.

Tournament results

Results come from the official tournament files sent by stores and organizers. We keep that data as it arrived, because it is the historical record of the event. TCMG Top Cut is not the official Play! Pokémon ranking.

Found a mistake in your result? Write to [E-MAIL DE PRIVACIDADE] and we will check it with the store.

Trademarks and intellectual property

The TCMG Top Cut brand, the site's design and the texts written by the team are ours. Do not use them without permission.

Pokémon and all related names, images and trademarks belong to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures and GAME FREAK. TCMG Top Cut is an independent fan site, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by those companies. Card images appear only to identify the cards.

Club!: for subscribers

Club! is a paid space run by a creator or team inside TCMG Top Cut, with videos, guides, announcements and a forum. These rules apply to subscribers.

• The seller is [RAZÃO SOCIAL], CNPJ [CNPJ]. The price, what the Club! delivers and who teaches are shown on the Club! page before you pay.
• The subscription is monthly, charged to your card through Stripe and renewed automatically until you cancel. We do not store your card number.
• Only adults (18+) or a minor's guardian can subscribe. The guardian can pay and the access goes to the minor's account.
• Right of withdrawal: within 7 days of a Club!'s first charge, you can withdraw and get a full refund. Access closes right away.
• Cancelling: at any time, in one tap, in the same place you subscribed, with no questions on the way. After the 7 days, the subscription does not renew and access lasts until the end of the month already paid, with no partial refund.
• Back catalog: what the Club! published before you subscribed opens on day 8. What comes out after you subscribe opens right away.
• The content belongs to the creator and is for your personal use. Sharing your account, recording, downloading, reposting or reselling the content is not allowed. Doing so can end your access, without affecting your consumer rights.
• If the Club! does not deliver what its page promises, tell us through the Club!'s channel or the contact email.
• Price changes are announced before the next charge, and you can cancel before it.

Club!: for owners and creators

These rules apply to anyone who runs a Club!, as owner or as a creator invited by the owner. The owner accepts these terms before the Club! page goes live.

• A Club! starts with a request, which TCMG Top Cut approves or declines with a reason.
• Age: owners and creators declare they are 18 or older, in the Club! request and when accepting the invitation.
• Your own content: you guarantee that what you publish is yours or that you have the right to use it. You grant TCMG Top Cut a free, non exclusive license to host it, show it to members, display the public samples and promote the Club! page, for as long as the Club! exists.
• Delivery: you answer for delivering what the Club! page promises. If TCMG Top Cut has to refund or compensate a member because of a delivery failure or unlawful content of yours, it can recover that amount from you, including by deducting it from the payout.
• Money: members' payments go to TCMG Top Cut's account. TCMG's fee is 20% of the Club!'s revenue, unless another one is agreed with TCMG and shown in the Club! panel, and the rest is paid out to the Club! in the split the owner sets, with every payout recorded in the Panel.
• Member data: you only see the nickname, since when the person is a member and their status. That data does not leave the site: do not use it to contact anyone outside, copy it or sell it.
• Minors: no private messages, requests for personal contact, one to one lessons or requests for photos with underage members. Anyone who breaks this loses the Club!, and the case is reported to the authorities where appropriate.
• Moderation: the Club!'s team moderates its own channels, and TCMG Top Cut can remove content and close a Club! that breaks these terms.
• Closing the Club!: the owner can close the Club! Nobody is charged again, and anyone who already paid for the month keeps access until it ends.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site up and the data right, but the site can fail, go offline or show a wrong value that came from the source. We are not responsible for third party sites and services linked here. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Brazil's Consumer Protection Code gives you.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the last updated date changes with them. Important changes are announced on the site before they apply, and Club! subscribers are told before their next charge.

Governing law

These terms follow Brazilian law. In a dispute with a consumer, the courts of the consumer's home city have jurisdiction.
